Confidential recovery guidance when you are not sure what to do next.
A private online consultation for individuals and families who need honest feedback about substance use, recovery options, and the next right step.
No labels required. No pressure to commit. No need to explain this to everyone in your life.
1
Schedule
You schedule a private online meeting. You choose a time that works for you. You can come alone or with a family member.
What happens in a Confidential Recovery Pathway Consultation
People who are afraid or ashamed need to know exactly what to expect. Here is how our time together works:
2
Control
You share only what you are ready to share. You control what you talk about. There is no requirement to tell your whole story.
3
Clarity
We look honestly at what is happening. We talk through your current situation, what has been tried, what feels stuck, and what you are most afraid of.
4
Pathways
We explore possible recovery pathways. We discuss options like meetings, recovery coaching, detox, treatment, outpatient care, sober living, family support, and spiritual/12-step recovery.
5
Plan
You leave with a written next-step plan. After the call, you receive a written summary with recommended next steps and resources you can act on right away.
What your consultation includes
Every Confidential Recovery Pathway Consultation includes:
- A private conversation about what is happening now.
- A judgment-free look at whether use has become unmanageable.
- Help understanding possible next steps: meetings, recovery coaching, detox, treatment, outpatient care, sober living, family support, or spiritual/12-step recovery.
- A written next-step plan after the meeting.
- Optional follow-up coaching for accountability and support.
What I do—and what I do not do
I am a certified recovery coach with lived experience in long-term recovery. I help you understand recovery options, prepare for next steps, and connect with appropriate support. I do not provide therapy or mental health treatment, medical care or detox services, diagnosis or prescriptions, or emergency crisis intervention. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, withdrawal danger, overdose risk, suicidal thoughts, or immediate crisis, please call 911, call or text 988, or go to the nearest emergency department. For treatment referral information, SAMHSA’s National Helpline provides free, confidential support at 1-800-662-HELP (4357).
Start with one private conversation
You do not have to wait for another crisis. You do not have to have the perfect words. You do not have to be sure what you want yet. You can start with one honest, confidential conversation about what is happening and what to do next.
For individuals and for families
For individuals
If you are questioning your own use, this consultation gives you a private place to be honest, ask questions, and see your situation more clearly—without having to announce anything to the world.
For families
If you are a parent, spouse, partner, or loved one, this consultation helps you understand addiction, set healthy boundaries, and make a plan that does not depend on your loved one being 'ready.'
